Job Title“ Sales / Relationship Officer – Salaried Personal Loan”

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Reporting to Manager / Regional Sales Head

Job Purpose To drive growth of the salaried-personal-loan portfolio by sourcing, engaging and converting salaried employees in Raipur into borrowers, while ensuring compliance, risk mitigation and high customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities Source leads of salaried individuals (private, public sector, govt./PSU, MNC) in Raipur region.
• Build & maintain relationships with channel partners (DSAs, employee-benefit vendors, HR departments of companies) to generate salaried-person personal-loan leads.
• Qualify leads (check employment status, salary level, tenure, credit history) and submit applications for these borrowers.
• Explain loan product features (loan amount, tenure, interest rate, EMIs, pre-payment/foreclosure rules, documentation) to salaried applicants.
• Coordinate with credit, underwriting, operations teams to ensure smooth documentation, approval and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly / quarterly sourcing / disbursement targets for the salaried personal-loan segment.
• Monitor portfolio quality: track repayments, early warning signals, ensure minimal defaults.
• Collect, maintain and update MIS / reports on lead source, conversion ratio, disbursement, delinquency.
• Provide feedback to marketing/product about market conditions, competitor offerings, borrower needs in Raipur.
• Qualifications & Skills Graduate (any discipline) from a recognized university.
• Specific Knowledge in personal-loan/consumer-loan sales, especially salaried-loans segment, banking/finance/ NBFC.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, especially with HR / company channels / salary banks.
• Understanding of documentation, eligibility criteria for salaried personal-loans: salary slip, bank statements, employer profile, tenure, credit score etc.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple channel partners & leads, meet targets.
• Familiarity with Raipur / Chhattisgarh market – contacts in companies, DSAs, vendors, employee benefits domain is a plus.
• Basic computer skills: MS Office, CRM, MIS.
