Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior to support the Sales & Marketing department at our Head Office.

The role involves coordination with customers, agents, and plant teams, handling documentation, and assisting in sales operations.

This position is ideal for freshers or junior candidates who are looking to start their career in the steel manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication and coordination between customers, agents, and the company’s plant team.

• Assist in sales order authorization and related documentation.

• Manage back-office documentation including commission records for agents.

• Handle customer debit notes and credit notes and maintain proper records.

• Maintain records of customer complaints and ensure proper tracking and reporting.

• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.

• Maintain organized records and documentation for internal reference and reporting.

• Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) for data management and reporting.

• Ensure professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong computer knowledge, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Basic understanding of taxes

• Good organizational and documentation skills.

• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple customers.

Language Requirements

• Proficiency in Hindi and English (both written and spoken).

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate degree such as B.Com,MCom

• Preferred Qualification: MBA in Marketing or Finance.

• Freshers or junior candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Prior internship or basic experience in sales coordination or back-office work will be an added advantage.
