Sales Promoter

A sales promoter is a trained professional dedicated to creating awareness of products through demonstrations, distributing samples, making presentations, and creating general public interest. He or she should create a positive brand presence and come up with innovative marketing strategies.

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.
• Constantly building product knowledge and delivering this knowledge in engaging ways.
• Setting up attractive product displays and promotional booths.
• Delivering presentations and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders.
• Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.
• Distributing samples and providing feedback for improvement to the management team.
• Following up with customers and providing guidance on product selection.
• Meeting daily targets and submitting sales reports.
• Networking with relevant stakeholders.
• Searching for new business opportunities.

Sales Promoter Requirements:

• High school diploma or similar.
• Degree in marketing preferable.
• Experience in retail recommended.
• Sharp customer service skills.
• Eloquent and comfortable when delivering presentations.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent observation skills.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.

सेल प्रमोटर की जिम्मेदारियां (Sales Promoter Responsibilities):

• ग्राहकों की बात सुनना: ग्राहकों की जरूरतों को समझना और उनकी आवश्यकताओं के लिए सही उत्पाद खोजने में उनकी मदद करना।
• उत्पाद का ज्ञान बढ़ाना: उत्पादों के बारे में निरंतर जानकारी हासिल करना और इस ज्ञान को आकर्षक तरीकों से ग्राहकों तक पहुँचाना।
• डिस्प्ले सेटअप करना: आकर्षक उत्पाद डिस्प्ले और प्रचार बूथ (promotional booths) स्थापित करना।
• प्रेजेंटेशन और प्रदर्शन: ग्राहकों और अन्य हितधारकों (stakeholders) को प्रेजेंटेशन और उत्पादों का प्रदर्शन देना।
• सार्थक बातचीत: ग्राहकों के साथ प्रभावी संवाद करना और अच्छे संबंध बनाना।
• नमूने वितरित करना: सैंपल (samples) बांटना और सुधार के लिए प्रबंधन टीम को फीडबैक देना।
• फॉलो-अप: ग्राहकों के साथ संपर्क बनाए रखना और उत्पाद चयन पर मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करना।
• लक्ष्य पूरा करना: दैनिक बिक्री लक्ष्यों (daily targets) को पूरा करना और बिक्री रिपोर्ट जमा करना।
• नेटवर्किंग: संबंधित हितधारकों के साथ संपर्क बनाना।
• व्यापार के अवसर: नए व्यावसायिक अवसरों की तलाश करना। 

सेल प्रमोटर की आवश्यकताएं (Sales Promoter Requirements): 

• शिक्षा: हाई स्कूल डिप्लोमा या इसके समकक्ष। मार्केटिंग में डिग्री होना बेहतर है।
• अनुभव: रिटेल (retail) क्षेत्र में अनुभव की सिफारिश की जाती है।
• कौशल: बेहतरीन ग्राहक सेवा (customer service) कौशल।
• प्रस्तुति क्षमता: प्रेजेंटेशन देने में कुशल और सहज होना।
• स्वतंत्र कार्य: स्वतंत्र रूप से काम करने की क्षमता।
• अवलोकन क्षमता: उत्कृष्ट अवलोकन (observation) कौशल।
• संचार: शानदार लिखित और मौखिक संचार कौशल। 

Note: All Modern trade and big stores must be visited after getting confirmation from Sales Manager, 3-4 store visits should be done in a day, and multiple store visits on a similar route will be provided.
