Sales Representative

We are a growing company specializing in the sale and installation of high-quality water softeners and mosquito screens. Committed to enhancing the comfort and well-being of our customers, we are ing for a dynamic Engineer/Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of water softeners and mosquito screens to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. This role involves both technical knowledge and sales acumen, making it perfect for an individual who is passionate about engineering and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of water softeners and mosquito screens to customers.
• Provide technical advice and solutions tailored to the customer's requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (preferred) or relevant technical background.
• Proven experience in sales or technical sales (experience in similar industries is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Requirements:

• Must own a smartphone and be proficient with communication apps and basic software.
• Must have a personal vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) and a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Raipur and nearby areas.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (local dialects are a bonus).
• Shift time - 10:30am - 7:30pm
• week off - Sunday
