Section Head Safety

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all safety site operations in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies - Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment - Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards - Oversee the investigation of workplace accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safety-first culture and provide safety training programs - Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives - Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure compliance - Act as the primary point of contact for all safety-related matters and liaise with regulatory authorities

Qualifications

Qualifications-Graduation/Post Graduation in Safety/ADIS/PGDIS

Experience-12-20 years of experience in the Metal, Power, and Manufacturing industry.
