Senior Architect

Job Description – Senior Architect 

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Office Timing: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on capability)

Key Responsibilities: 

·        Handle end-to-end architectural projects from client briefing to final execution.

·        Conduct regular site visits and ensure design intent is executed correctly

·        Develop concept designs, 3D models, and visualisations for residential and commercial projects

·        Prepare and review working drawings, GFC drawings, and execution details

·        Lead client meetings, understand requirements, and manage design approvals

·        Coordinate with structural, electrical, and plumbing consultants

·        Manage vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution

·        Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is executed correctly

·        Review material selections, BOQs, and execution quality

·        Maintain project timelines, coordination, and documentation

Required Skills & Expertise: 

·        Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

·        Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural practice

·        Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

·        Hands-on experience in 3D modelling & visualisation (SketchUp / Lumion / Enscape / 3Ds Max preferred)

·        Strong knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and site execution

·        Ability to independently manage projects and take ownership

·        Good communication and coordination skills
