Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse executives to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Allocate work, monitor attendance, and manage shift-wise manpower planning.
- Train new joiners on SOPs, safety guidelines, and pharma handling standards; provide ongoing coaching to existing staff.
- Monitor individual and team performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and pharmaceutical compliance standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts and stock audits, and investigate discrepancies.
- Oversee inward and outward movement of goods, including GRN processing and dispatch accuracy.
- Ensure proper racking, storage, and segregation based on batch, expiry, and product category.
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and central teams to ensure timely dispatch and issue resolution.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Handle operational issues, employee grievances, and team conflicts professionally.
- Prepare and share daily and weekly reports on manpower, inventory, dispatch TAT, and key warehouse metrics.
