Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, and employee development plans
- Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other legal requirements
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities
- Lead HR audits and ensure accurate HR documentation and records
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve workplace culture
- Advise management on HR strategies, organizational development, and workforce planning
- Mentor and guide junior HR team members
