Senior Manager -Electrical (Raipur)

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Lead and oversee electrical engineering projects within thermal power plants.

· Provide technical expertise in BTG (Boiler, Turbine, Generator) and BOP (Balance of Plant) sections.

· Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

· Develop and implement electrical design standards and specifications.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

· Optimize plant performance and efficiency through electrical enhancements.

· Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.

· Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

· Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements

Technical Skills:

· Expertise in BTG and BOP sections of thermal power plants.

· In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.

· Proficiency in project management tools and software.

· Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the Power/Energy industry.

· Strong analytical skills to assess and improve plant performance.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

· Expertise in BTG and BOP section in thermal power plants.

· Strong problem-solving abilities.

· Leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

12-18 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry.
