Senior Manager- Piping

Responsibilities

1. Shall be responsible for the Planning and Erection of critical, LP/MP piping, Condenser and TG proper with auxiliaries as per erection schedule and resource Rolling Plan quarterly basis in line with the relevant project schedule follow up, Commissioning Co-ordination, Check List, and Standard Operating Procedure.
2. To verify weekly/monthly MIS( Materials, drawing, process, resources)
3. To ensure safety compliance at site. Review of JSA/HIRA, Erection Methodology and check list for erection, Compliance check list before taking up erection activity.
4. To coordinate (Progress, Material, drawing ,Resources) with PMCG/CEG &  EPC Contactor   
5. To ensure safety strict adherence to quality systems & Safety.                     
6. To co-ordinates for interface issues within inter & intra department

Qualifications

Must Have-

1. Should have prior experience in Planning, execution & commissioning of critical, LP/MP piping, Condenser and TG proper with auxiliaries of Thermal Power Projects having unit of at least 500/600MW capacity.
2. Exposure to Planning, execution & Commissioning of critical, LP/MP piping, Condenser and TG proper with auxiliaries Plant having Min. 500/600/800 MW units Power Plant
3. Must have exposure to Alkali flushing and steam blowing methodology. 
4. Should have good managerial & communication skills
5. Erection and commissioning with quality and safety. Should make plan for execution and implement as per requirement
