Job Title: Senior Sales Executive (Outdoor)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage field sales operations, generate leads, meet clients, and drive business growth. The role requires strong communication skills, exceptional client-handling ability, and a target-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits across Raipur to identify potential clients and generate leads.
• Meet customers, understand requirements, and provide product presentations or demos.
• Prepare quotations based on client needs and finalize them professionally.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, sales order confirmation, purchase coordination, delivery follow-ups, and final payment closure.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support business expansion.
• Coordinate with the showroom and backend team for stock, orders, and customer support.
• Maintain proper client records, documentation, and follow-up details.
• Handle customer queries and ensure smooth post-sales service.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (electrical/lighting preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations responsibly.
• Goal-driven mindset with strong customer relationship skills.
• Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.

Location:

• Showroom Base: Telibandha, Raipur
• Field Coverage: Entire Raipur area

Working Hours:

• 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Monday to Saturday
