We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Technician who can handle technical operations, supervise junior technicians, and ensure smooth functioning of equipment and systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Technical work ka supervision aur execution
Junior technicians ko guide aur train karna
Complex technical faults ka diagnosis aur repair
Installation, maintenance, aur servicing ka planning
Daily work report aur job completion status maintain karna
Safety standards aur company policies ensure karna
Site coordination aur management se communication
Required Skills & Qualification:
ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics or relevant trade)
Minimum 3–5 years ka relevant experience
Strong troubleshooting aur leadership skills
Team handling aur reporting ka experience
Time management aur problem-solving ability
