Job Summary:-We are looking for an experienced Senior Telecaller who can handle customer calling, lead conversion, service booking, and follow-ups for our home services platform.

The role requires strong communication skills, ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, and ensure a smooth coordination between customers and operations team.

• Key Responsibilities:- Customer Calling & Lead Conversion,Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service enquiries
• Convert leads into confirmed service bookings
• Explain services, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
• Follow up on pending leads to maximize conversions
• Booking & Coordination.Schedule service appointments as per customer requirement
• Coordinate with operations team for vendor assignment
• Ensure accurate data entry of customer details and service requests
• Sales & Target Achievement.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly booking targets
• Improve conversion ratio from leads to confirmed orders
• Upsell additional services where applicable
• CRM & Data Management.Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and bookings in CRM/system
• Track follow-ups and ensure closure of all leads
• Prepare basic daily reports
• Customer Experience.Handle customer queries and basic complaints
• Ensure polite and professional communication
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships

• Candidate Profile:-Qualification Graduate preferred
• Experience 2–5 years in telecalling / telesales / customer support
• Experience in service industry or sales calling preferred
