Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee workshop operations and ensure timely vehicle service delivery.
• Manage and train service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high CSI scores.
• Achieve monthly service and revenue targets.
• Ensure adherence to OEM guidelines and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and workshop discipline.
• Ensure proper documentation, warranty processing, and DMS/EDP updates.
