• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in showroom / retail / furniture / furnishing sales
• Salary Range: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month based on performance

Job Location: Saddu & Pandri, Raipur

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
• Present, demonstrate, and explain product features and benefits
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate furnishing products
• Ensure the showroom display is neat, attractive, and up to date
• Maintain accurate sales records and billing details
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

🧠 Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasing personality with a customer-first attitude
• Basic product knowledge in home décor or furniture preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Goal-oriented and proactive approach to sales
• 🎓 Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline
• Proficiency in Hindi; basic English communication preferred
