We operate a high-traffic highway petrol pump, which has consistently been the highest-selling Jio-BP pump in Chhattisgarh for the past two months. In the same time-frame, we have also been Jio-BP’s highest selling fuel delivery partner in all of India. Moreover, we are expanding our business with inclusion of a Food & Beverage complex of well-recognised brands and new infrastructure development projects.

We are growing very fast, and the Site Engineer will be critical to our continued success! Here at B.R. Commercials, we're looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company that's at the forefront of the fuel and infrastructure industry in India.

LOCATION: Dharsiwa, Siltara, Raipur - CG

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Saturday, 10.30AM to 6.30PM

SALARY: 20k to 25k

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Site Supervision & Execution:

- Monitor and supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely material and manpower availability.

- Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Check measurements, material usage, and site progress regularly.

Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Reporting & Coordination:

- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and share with the management team.

- Track and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.

- Support the management in planning and scheduling of work.

- Coordinate between office and on-site teams to ensure smooth communication.

Quality & Compliance:

- Conduct inspections to maintain quality control and workmanship standards.

- Identify potential risks or delays and take corrective action promptly.

- Assist in the verification of contractor bills and project documentation.

• MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:Diploma or Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in site supervision or project execution.
• Good communication, coordination, and technical understanding.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
• GOOD TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge of Raipur, particularly Siltara & surrounding areas.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license (for site visits).
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.

WHO YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH:The Site Engineer will work directly with the general manager and the director’s office at B.R.
