Key Responsibilities·
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction/site activities
- · Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site
- Monitor worker performance and productivity
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with standards
- Identify and resolve on-site issues and delays
- Maintain site records, reports, and daily logs
- Communicate progress, challenges, and resource needs to management
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and materials
