Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day handling of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions)
  • Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Monitor comments, messages, and respond professionally to audience queries
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Coordinate with the marketing/design team for campaigns and promotions
  • Stay updated with latest social media trends and algorithm changes
  • Key Skills & RequirementsProven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong content writing and communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
  • Knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms
  • Creative mindset with an eye for trends, reels, and visuals
  • Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
