Job Overview:

We are seeking a polite, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Steward to assist in food and beverage service operations. The role involves serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements
• Serve food and beverages as per service standards
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen
• Ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and service protocols
• Assist senior staff and supervisors during peak hours
• Handle guest requests and basic complaints politely
