Job Title: Store and Dispatch Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store and Dispatch Executive to manage our store operations, purchase management, and dispatch activities for our chemical supply and distribution company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, timely dispatch of products, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Management:

- Manage inventory levels, storage, and organization of chemicals

- Conduct regular stock checks and resolve discrepancies

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

2. Purchase Management:

- Assist in procurement activities of chemicals

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors

- Ensure timely receipt of goods

3. Dispatch Management:

- Coordinate with logistics team for timely dispatch

- Verify and prepare shipments

- Maintain accurate records of dispatches

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in store management, purchase, and dispatch (chemical/science background preferred)

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of chemical handling and safety protocols (desirable)
