Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store In-Charge to manage raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory at our bakery manufacturing unit in Raipur. The candidate will ensure accurate stock management, proper storage, and smooth coordination with production and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day store operations of the bakery unit
• Receive and inspect raw materials (flour, sugar, yeast, oil, etc.) and packaging materials
• Maintain accurate stock records (manual / ERP / Excel)
• Issue materials to production as per requisition
• Ensure FIFO / FEFO system is followed
• Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and stock registers
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock verification
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages in advance
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage as per food safety standards
• Coordinate with purchase, production, and sales teams
• Prevent stock loss, wastage, or damage

Qualifications

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any relevant field preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in store handling (FMCG / Food industry preferred)
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Understanding of food-grade storage practices
