Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Supervise and oversee day-to-day operations of the rice mill.
- Monitor production activities, ensuring smooth operation of machines.
- Maintain records of raw material (paddy), finished goods, and wastage.
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the milling process.
- Coordinate with workers and operators to achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards inside the mill.
- Handle loading and unloading of materials and manage warehouse stock.
- Report daily production and maintenance issues to management.
- Key Skills:Strong leadership and team-handling skills
- Knowledge of rice milling processes and machinery
- Ability to handle manpower and operations efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
