As a Team Leader, you’ll support store management by supervising staff, maintaining store standards, and ensuring operational efficiency. You’ll play a key role in motivating team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the daily activities of store associates
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently
• Monitor stock levels, ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff members
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Open and/or close the store as needed
• Report performance and operational issues to store management

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 Moths of experience in grocery, retail, or a related field
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory procedures
