Technical Assistant

Key Responsibilities: 

● Demonstrate tile adhesives to customers at sites and show correct application methods.

● Represent the company and maintain a presentable and professional appearance.

● Perform basic product testing and ensure quality standards.

● Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers and applicators.

● Collect customer feedback and assist in resolving technical queries.

● Support sales team with demos and site visits.

● Maintain good relationships with dealers, contractors, and applicators.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

● Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Cement, Tile Adhesive, Construction Chemicals, or related industry.

● Basic understanding of tile laying techniques and adhesive application.

● Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in front of customers.
