Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

Explain products or services clearly and convincingly

Generate leads and follow up with interested customers

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details

Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets

Resolve customer complaints politely and efficiently

Update customer information in CRM or records
