🎯 Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Videographer & Video Editor who can shoot and edit high-quality long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, Reels, and other social media platforms. The candidate must be well-versed with modern editing styles, transitions, captions, and platform trends.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit long-form videos for YouTube and short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Shorts, etc.
• Edit videos with engaging transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, and sound effects.
• Optimize videos as per platform requirements (aspect ratio, length, thumbnails, etc.).
• Maintain consistency in brand style and visual quality.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team for ideas and execution.
• Manage raw footage and maintain organized project files.
• Stay updated with latest social media video trends and formats.

Required Skills & Tools

Advanced knowledge of video editing software such as:

Adobe Premiere Pro

After Effects

Strong understanding of:

Color correction & grading

Audio syncing & enhancement

Motion graphics and text animation

Knowledge of framing, lighting, and camera handling.

Ability to edit both educational and promotional content.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Videographer/Video Editor.
• Must have a portfolio or sample work (YouTube links / Drive folder / Instagram pages).
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred (Bonus)

• Experience with YouTube optimization (thumbnails, pacing, hooks).
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Experience with captions, memes, and viral reel formats.
