Visa Operations Manager

The VISA Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on visa applications, processes, and requirements. This role requires a thorough understanding of various countries’ visa procedures, documentation requirements, processing times, and associated costs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and prompt in handling all aspects of visa documentation and verification.

Responsibilities of candidate includes below but not limited to:

1. Provide professional consultation to clients on visa application processes, requirements, and best practices.
2. Assess client eligibility and provide accurate advice on the most suitable visa options.
3. Thoroughly understand and stay updated on visa application procedures, rules, and regulations for various countries.
4. Guide clients through the entire visa application process, ensuring all forms and documents are correctly completed and submitted.
5. Assist clients in preparing and organizing required documentation for visa applications.
6. Verify the accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents.
7. Maintain meticulous records of client documents and application statuses.
8. Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to ensure smooth processing of applications.
9. Monitor and track the progress of visa applications, keeping clients informed of their status and any issues that arise.
10. Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and concerns.
11. Offer support and problem-solving for any issues related to visa applications.
