Branch Manager - MLAP

- Responsible for managing branch operations under the Micro Lending and Portfolio (MLAP) vertical. - Oversee inclusive banking activities targeting microfinance clients in South Tamil Nadu regions including Madurai, Virudhunagar, and Rajapalayam. - Lead branch teams to achieve financial and operational targets. - Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. - Maintain customer relationships and drive business growth within the branch. - Coordinate with regional management for strategic planning and execution. - Monitor portfolio quality and manage risk associated with micro lending. - Drive inclusive banking initiatives to expand financial access in underserved areas.
