Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end business development activities from lead generation to deal closure
• Pitch company services, negotiate and close new business opportunities
• Generate leads independently and achieve assigned revenue targets
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Reach out to channel heads, OTT platforms and brand partners
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales
• Experience in Real Estate, Advertising, Media, or related industries preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation, pitching and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements
• Female candidates preferred
