Customer Care Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to customers using the provided database
2. Explain company products and services clearly and professionally
3. Handle customer queries, objections, and provide accurate information
4. Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
5. Maintain proper records of calls, feedback, and customer status in CRM/Excel
6. Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets
7. Coordinate with the sales and management team
8. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
9. Provide daily work reports to the reporting manager
10. Office working hours and calling schedules must be strictly followed
11. Polite, professional, and respectful language is mandatory during calls
12. Misleading information or false commitments are strictly prohibited
13. Company-approved scripts and processes must be followed
14. Personal calls during office hours are not allowed (except emergencies)
15. Daily reporting and target completion are compulsory
16. Customer data confidentiality must be maintained at all times
17. Misuse of company systems, mobile phones, or data is not permitted
18. Late coming, absenteeism, or poor performance may result in disciplinary action
