Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

1 – 2 Years (E-commerce background preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Executive (Female) who can manage day-to-day operations of online marketplaces and ensure smooth handling of product listings, orders, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.)

Upload new products with accurate details (title, description, images, pricing)

Handle order processing, dispatch coordination, and tracking

Manage inventory updates and stock availability

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse team

Handle customer queries, returns, and refunds

Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports

Ensure marketplace guidelines and policies are followed

Required Skills:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations

Basic knowledge of online marketplaces

Good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, dashboard handling)

Attention to detail and time management

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Candidate:

Female candidate with prior e-commerce experience

Immediate joiner preferred

Organized and responsible attitude
