E-commerce Operations & Excel Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Executive who is strong in Excel and can independently manage daily orders, returns, and payment reconciliation across multiple e-commerce platforms.

• Key Responsibilities✅ Daily OperationsManage daily orders for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify
• Order download, status update, cancellation & dispatch tracking
• Coordinate with logistics / platform support when required
• 🔄 Return & RTO ManagementTrack returns, RTO & refunds platform-wise
• Analyze return reasons & prepare weekly reports
• Maintain accurate return & refund records
• 💰 Payment ReconciliationWeekly & monthly payment matching (orders vs payouts)
• Identify short payments, deductions, penalties & commissions
• Maintain platform-wise payout summary
• 📊 Reporting & MISPrepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS
• Platform-wise sales, return %, profit & loss reports
• Share clear summary reports with management
• ➕ Additional Responsibilities (When Time Permits)Product performance & margin analysis
• Identify loss-making products
• Inventory ageing & slow-moving stock reports
• Improve Excel templates & automation
• 🧠 Required Skills (Must Have)Strong knowledge of MS Excel

• IF, IFERROR, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS
• Pivot Tables
• Percentage & profit calculations
• Experience handling large data (50,000+ rows)
• Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills
