Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-aligned designs for digital and print media. The role involves understanding project requirements, conceptualizing ideas, and producing high-quality graphics to support marketing, branding, and communication needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials.

Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, packaging, logos, and advertisements.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project objectives.

Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.

Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and visual elements.

Prepare final design files for print and digital publishing.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Modify or revise designs based on feedback.

Maintain an organized library of design assets.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva, etc.

Strong creativity, visualization, and conceptual thinking.

Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

A portfolio showcasing previous design work (mandatory in most roles).

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

Ability to create basic motion graphics or video editing (Adobe Premiere/After Effects).

Experience in branding and visual identity design.

Knowledge of printing processes.
