Job Title: HR Admin (1–3 Years Experience)

Job Responsibilities

* Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and daily HR documentation

* Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and exit formalities

* Support recruitment: job posting, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews

* Maintain employee data and update HRMS/ERP systems

* Coordinate with the payroll team for attendance and leave data

* Assist employees with HR-related queries and ensure policy compliance

* Manage office administration tasks such as stationery, ID cards, and vendor coordination

* Prepare basic MIS reports (Excel/Google Sheets)

* Support HR team with compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Gratuity)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HR specialization preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or Admin role

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi)

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Strong documentation and coordination skills
