Insurance Agent/Advisor

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent/Advisor to promote and sell insurance products, provide financial guidance, and build long-term client relationships. The role involves understanding customer needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through referrals, cold calls, and networking
• Explain insurance products such as Life, Health, Motor, and General Insurance
• Analyze clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans
• Complete proposal forms, documentation, and KYC processes
• Maintain strong after-sales service and policy renewals
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals
• Stay updated with insurance products, regulations, and market trends
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass +/ Graduate (preferred)
• Insurance license (IRDAI) or willingness to obtain one
• Experience in sales/insurance/financial services is an advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
