Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth operations.

• Plan and manage day-to-day production activities.

• Supervise production supervisors and shop-floor staff.
• Maintain product quality as per company standards.
• Manage manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
• Monitor production processes to reduce wastage and improve productivity.
• Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed.
• Coordinate with other departments such as purchase, dispatch, and accounts.
• Prepare and submit production reports to management.
