Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Pre-Sales BDM who can turn opportunities into business growth. You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our sales team — identifying prospects, creating strong proposals, and supporting the full sales journey with energy and insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through research, calls, and networking.
• Engage with leads to understand their needs and suggest the right spice solutions.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into confirmed deals.
• Maintain a strong lead pipeline and update CRM regularly.
• Support marketing campaigns, product demos, and client meetings.
