About the Role

We are looking for driven and skilled Supply Management Engineers to join our team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. If you are passionate about working with suppliers, improving quality, and ensuring smooth production processes, this is the right place for you. What You Will Do

• Work closely with suppliers to improve product quality and ensure they meet our standards
• Analyze data to drive outcomes and process corrections
• Conduct supplier audits and follow APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and other quality tools
• Review and improve process capability, Gage R&R, and control charts with suppliers
• Support supplier development and problem-solving using Lean principles
• Track supplier performance and identify areas for improvement
• Use MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint to prepare reports and presentations
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English with both internal teams and external partners

What We Are Looking For

• 5–12 years of experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer or in a similar role
• Solid understanding of quality tools and manufacturing processes
• Good skills in MS Office, especially Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills in English (at native 8th-grade level or higher
• A team player who can also take ownership and work independently
• Honest, dependable, and eager to learn and grow

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Supplier Quality Score (PPM and On-Time Delivery)
• Number of approved PPAP submissions
• Completion of APQP milestones on time
• Reduction in supplier non-conformities
• Improvement in supplier process capability (Cpk > 1.33)
• Timely closure of supplier corrective actions
• Quality and clarity of reporting using MS tools
• Contribution to cost savings through supplier process improvements
