Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Telesales and Telemarketing Executive to join our pest control team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, following up with interested prospects, and closing sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, product & Service knowledge, and a customer-focused approach to promote our pest control services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential residential and commercial customers from provided databases or leads.
  • Explain and promote the company's pest control services in a clear, confident, and convincing manner.
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs to offer suitable service packages.
  • Schedule appointments for on-site inspections and service visits.
  • Follow up with prospects via phone or email to convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain a CRM system with accurate customer records and call outcomes.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs and sales targets set by the management.
  • Handle objections professionally and overcome rejections.
  • Provide excellent post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the field sales and operations team for smooth service execution.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in telemarketing or telesales, preferably in a service-based industry.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence, persistence, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and respond to customer queries.
  • Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi and English is preferred.


KPIs for Performance Evaluation:

  • Number of outbound calls made daily.
  • Lead conversion rate.
  • Appointment setting rate.
  • Monthly sales closed.
  • Customer retention & satisfaction score.
  • Call quality and script adherence.
