Job Description

  1. Oversee the complete accounting function of the company.
  2. Manage day-to-day accounting activities including entries, vouchers, and ledgers.
  3. Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  4. Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT compliance and filings.
  5. Handle banking operations, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
  6. Prepare and monitor budgets, expense control, and cost analysis.
  7. Supervise accounts team, allocate work, and ensure accuracy.
  8. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and bankers.
  9. Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
  10. Maintain proper financial records and documentation as per law.
  11. Monitor accounts receivable & payable, follow-up for payments.
  12. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and other laws.
  13. Support management with financial reports and MIS.
  14. Control and verify payroll processing, salary, deductions, and compliance.
  15. Advise management on financial planning and risk control.
