Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper & Data Entry Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various administrative tasks using accounting software.

Responsibilities:

• Process sales and purchase orders in accounting software.
• Confirm sales orders with clients and communicate purchase orders to the production unit.
• Enter sales and purchase transactions, dispatch details, and bank/cash entries.
• Prepare and maintain stock records.
• Generate various reports as needed.
• Manage company depot orders and inventory.
• Perform other data entry tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school graduation or equivalent preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Computer literacy and experience with accounting software (Miracle, Tally, Profit) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
