AREA SALES MANAGER

Handling Sales Team of the entire region. Earlier experience in Microhousing would be an added advantage. Will have a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Managers in all locations across the state/s Achieving Micro Housing targets by making the team productive in all aspects of business. Conducting Training, mentoring the Sales Managers/Relationship Managers across all the locations under his supervision Responsibility includes maintaining good relationship with Retail customers, builders, associations, nodal agencies and government bodies to generate business in line with the banka??s requirement. Identifying new opportunities and locations to increase the footprint for doing micro business. Setting up of new Retail offices at potential locations and establishing the team and the business. Working in co-ordination with the Branch and the CBE team to generate microhousing business. Training the branch and the CBE teams and ensure that maximum business is generated.
