Job Description
Position: Area Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop sales operations within the assigned area
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Appoint, manage, and support distributors / dealers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market share
- Ensure timely collection of payments and reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team-handling experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
Eligibility:
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 3–7 years of experience in field sales or back office sales (team handling mandatory)
- Experience in channel sales / distribution preferred
