Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Promptly call leads provided by the marketing team to understand their travel requirements.
• Consultative Selling: Suggest the best tour packages (Domestic/International/Jatra) based on the customer’s budget and preferences.
• Relationship Building: Build trust with Gujarati families and corporate clients to ensure they choose JTC Holidays for their vacations.
• Follow-ups: Maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule with potential clients to close the sale.
• Daily Reporting: Update the CRM/Lead Tracker with the status of every call and booking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Languages: Must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi. (English is a plus).
• Communication: Strong convincing and negotiation skills over the phone.
• Experience: 0–2 years in Sales, Telesales, or the Travel Industry (Freshers with great communication are welcome!).
• Mindset: Target-oriented, disciplined, and passionate about helping people plan their dream vacations.
