Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and Manage Leads and Maintain a Healthy Conversion Rate. Complete sales cycle including Generate leads, contact, demo, sales close and software training to new clients.
• Strategic approach to retention & customer service.
• Give Online Demos to Customers.
• Answering calls and resolving queries about company products.
• Share information about our products and services by following sales scripts.
• Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.
• Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.
• Ability to mold sales pitch according to the client behavior & background
• Ability to withstand pressure & work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn and explain software tools
• Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
