Job Description

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients/customers, and driving revenue growth through B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) channels.


  • Key Responsibilities

🔹 B2B Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential business clients and partners

  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos for companies
  • Understand client needs and propose customized solutions
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals
  • Maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Track sales pipeline and prepare reports


  • 🔹 B2C Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and sales from individual customers
  • Promote products/services through calls, online channels, or in-person interactions
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable offerings
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Handle basic customer queries and feedback
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in sales conversations (phone, online, or face-to-face)
  • Ability to build relationships quickly
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred)
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Good presentation and follow-up skills
