Business Development Executive (BDE)

• Lead Generation & Qualification – Identify and generate new business leads through market research, cold calls, networking, directories, B2B portals, etc.

• Client Relationship Building – Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term engagement and repeat business.

• Sales & Revenue Growth – Work toward achieving sales and revenue targets by converting leads into clients and closing deals.

• Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Analyse market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.

• Understand Client Needs – Listen to customer requirements, suggest appropriate solutions, and tailor proposals accordingly.

• Presentations & Proposals – Prepare and deliver sales presentations, pitches, and proposals to potential clients.

• Negotiation & Deal Closure – Negotiate terms and pricing with prospects and close business deals to maximize revenue.

• Reporting & CRM Updates – Maintain records of leads, contacts, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM tools; provide performance reports to management.

• Follow-ups & Relationship Management – Follow up with prospects and clients regularly for upselling, repeat sales and customer satisfaction.

• Collaboration – Work with marketing, operations or sales teams to coordinate strategies for business growth.
