Business Development Executive (BDE)

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Manufacturing Industry

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector
• Generate leads through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with production/technical teams
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product presentations
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes/products (preferred)
• Lead generation & client acquisition skills
• B2B sales experience
• CRM handling and reporting
• Problem-solving and relationship management

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B or manufacturing sales (freshers with strong sales skills may apply)

Industry Preference:

• Engineering / Industrial Products / FMCG Manufacturing / Pharma / Plastic / Metal / Auto Components
