Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Overview:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) at The Recreus Lab will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, developing sales strategies, conducting product and market surveys, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and expand the company’s presence in domestic and global markets.

Key Responsibilities (BDE – The Recreus Lab)

• Business Development: Find new opportunities, expand markets, build client relations, manage inquiries & quotations.
• Sales: Convert leads, follow-ups, proposals, deal closure, CRM handling, understand customer needs & suggest solutions.
• Marketing Strategy: Support lead generation campaigns, improve brand visibility, align with marketing team.
• Product & Market Survey: Research customer demand, competitor analysis, identify new markets, share insights & reports.
• Digital Marketing: Assist in SEO, email campaigns, lead campaigns, analyze performance, support content planning.
• Social Media: Support/manage Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. with planned posts, campaigns & branding consistency.
