Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join JTC Holidays Pvt Ltd. Your primary role will be to reach out to corporate companies, HR departments, and business owners to pitch our travel services. You will be responsible for signing annual contracts for their business travel (flights/hotels) and organizing their corporate group tours (MICE).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and approach corporate companies in Gujarat through cold calling, LinkedIn, and field visits.
• Tie-ups: Pitch JTC Holidays as the preferred travel partner for all their future employee business trips and luxury corporate retreats.
• Sales Pitch: Present our unique selling points, such as our specialized Gujarati kitchen services for international group tours.
• Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with HRs and Admin heads to ensure repeat bookings.
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for corporate tie-ups.

Requirements (Who should apply?)

• Experience: 1–3 years in Sales (Travel, Insurance, or Banking sales experience is a plus).
• Language: Must be fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English to communicate effectively with local business owners.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and "people skills."
• Travel: Comfortable with local field travel to meet clients.
• Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA/MBA in Marketing or Tourism is preferred).
